Get Out of Debt Without Settling
United Debt Services helps consumers explore debt validation options under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). We connect you with licensed third-party affiliates who can challenge whether your debts are legally valid and enforceable. If a collector cannot produce adequate documentation, the debt may be deemed unenforceable.
How It Works
- Free Evaluation – Tell us about your debt situation. We review your information to determine whether a debt validation referral may be appropriate.
- Understand Your Rights – We explain your rights under the FDCPA and what to expect from the debt validation process.
- Licensed Referral – If debt validation is appropriate, we refer you to a licensed third-party affiliate in our network.
- Professional Handling – The licensed affiliate manages all communication with collectors and challenges documentation on your behalf.
Who We Help
Debt validation may be right for you if you are receiving calls from a collection agency, your debt has been sold or transferred, the debt is old or near the statute of limitations, or you dispute the amount or the debt itself. Credit cards, medical debt, personal loans, and other unsecured debts in collections may qualify. A minimum of $8,000 in unsecured debt is required for evaluation.
